Laurel and Hardy by Tom McGrath began as a tour of village halls and community theatres in Kent and Sussex, produced by the Scene Three Creative team.  A rapturous reception from audiences encouraged us to seek a wider profile for the work and the show went on to enjoy a critically acclaimed run at the Jermyn Street Theatre in London thanks to crowdfunding raised from our supporters..

When Buxton Opera House was looking for a play to open its exciting new studio space adjoining the main house, Laurel and Hardy was the natural choice.  After successfully opening Buxton’s new studio theatre, the production toured nationally to small and middle scale theatres in a co-production with Buxton Opera House.
